Trinity Subscribes to Roper's iPOLL
As of March 1, 2008, Trinity College is a member of Roper Center Public Opinion Archives. This means that we now have access to two important products:
- iPOLL: "The best finding aid to locate national US public opinion polls rich in a particular subject, iPOLL contains nearly half a million survey questions and answers asked in the US over the last 65 years by more than 150 survey organizations. And now it is possible to access the catalog and questionnaire directly from iPOLL."
- Roper's Survey Dataset Collection: "The Center acquires, preserves and makes accessible thousands of individual-level datasets based on surveys conducted since the 1930s. The collection provides opportunities for researchers to conduct detailed secondary analysis to discover new insights years after the original survey was released."
